You don't need someone to rewrite your whole resume for you. You need someone to tell you exactly what's wrong with it and how to fix it, then get out of your way.

That's this package. I go through your resume the way a recruiter actually reads one, and I give you a clear, specific list of what to change. Content, structure, and design. You do the editing. I do the diagnosis.

What's included:

• A full audit of your current resume: content, structure, and design

• A detailed list of what to fix and why, section by section

• Specific rewrite suggestions for weak or vague bullets

• Notes on formatting and design choices that may be hurting you with recruiters or applicant tracking systems

Who it's for: People who are comfortable editing their own resume once they know what needs to change, and who'd rather pay for direction than a full rewrite.
